Standard user Privileges

Hello. I have recently installed Windows 11 PRO on the familys PC where everyone has there own user account (All standard users accpect me). I am wondering is there is a way to stop certain users using certain programs.For an exampleUser 1 can use program 1 but, User 2 cant use program 1User 2 can use program 2 but, User 1 cant use program 2 Is there anyone able to help me or let me know that this is even possible?*All users are STANDARD Users and using LOCAL accounts on Windows 11 Pro
