SSD Swap

I want to change my SSD to a 1tb as I only have 11 gigabytes left due to windows taking up most of it. I bought my computer back in March of 2024 off a person on Offer Up. I want to keep my windows on C drive without having to pay for windows when I change my SSD. I'm not sure what to do to keep windows after upgrading my C drive.
