SSD not creating partitions after deleting them through CMD

HelloAfter my windows got corrupted, I started installation of windows 20 through usb. But the partitions weren't formatting, so I opened CMD and in diskpart i selected my disk and entered clean command. But now I can't create new partitions. Windows installation setup can't create partitions, cmd also doesn't creates them(virtual disk error: The object is not found) . I also tried 3rd party softwares but they aren't working as well.I tried complete erase through cmdd 3rd party apps but problem still persists.Please help.......My SSD: WD Green 240 GB
