SSD isn't showing up on file explorer but is showing up on disk manager.

It isn't reflecting in file explorer but it shows up in disk manager as disk 1, unknown not initiated. I also tried some troubleshoot in CMD which was "wmic disk drive get status". it shows ok there. what should I do next ? If anyone can please help. It is external ssd of Netac brand.
