Spyware and malware

My question is: I have a virus or malware changing the way my browsers behave, it's call work.no.ru, when I log off and log back on my browser opens on it's own with this page in a language Russian or something, How do I get rid of it and within all files associated with it? All the Programs I used does not get rid of it. Avast, AVG , McAfee, Norton, Kesperkeys Malwarebytes, spybot & destroy, even windows defender is not finding them, windows 10 is what I'm running. Noting I do seem to help get it gone.
