Hi. For some time I have been struggling with my laptop (spectre x360 and win 11) constantly giving me error about device recognition. This happens when I plug usb dongle into usb c plug (on both of them the same issue occurs). The only solution is to rotate the usb plug upside down and the issue is resolved. This happenes with every usb c dock after a week of use. One side works and the other shows error messages and hdmi port doesn't work.
