Spotify or YouTube music gets muffled while having online meeting.

Hello! I’ve been having this problem since purchasing an ACER Nitro 5. Whenever I’m in a meeting on Zoom or Teams or Google Meet, the music that I play directly from my laptop or apps on YouTube and Spotify get muffled except for the speaking or singing. It’s like Zoom or Teams or Google Meet is cancelling the background music except for the singing or speaking. I’ve adjusted Zoom settings to no avail. Is it my laptop's problem? Appreciate any advice please. Thanks.
