Hello everyoneFew days back I am facing some issues with my windows 10 laptop. It shows a strange problem. After turning on laptop or restarting the laptop there is an area on desktop or any program where mouse pointer turns into bule spinning circle. For this reason I can't use that area on any program. It is very annoying problem. Please help me out.P S. I have already reinstall windows. It is a clean installation on a new SSD drive
