Speech-To-Text and Dictation are useless for productivity

I would like to dictate text instead of typing on keyboard. Unfortunately Windows 10 does not offer a viable way to do so.Both Speech-To-Text and Dictation are terrible at recognizing words correctly and are technically inferior solutions to speech recognition on Android or iOS.My biggest issue is that I cannot change the dictation language because Windows throws an error message if it does not match the system language. I would like to dictate in English, German, or French but I am limited to English since it is the system language on my PC.Dictation feature suddenly stops working when speaki
