Speakers don't produce sound on my computer but used to

My computer speakers were fine then one day they stopped taking sound out. I tested it on another computer, a laptop and the speakers worked. I checked the device manager on the laptop and my computer and my laptop only had a High Definition Audio Device while my computer was missing it. On my computer, I only had NVIDIA High Definition Audio, NVIDIA Virtual Audio Device (Wave Extensible) (WDM), Realtek(R) Audio, and Sonic Studio Virtual Speaker. How do I get the windows High Definition Audio Device or is that not the problem?Computer:Asus Prebuilt with AMD Ryzen 7 5800X, Asus TUF 3080 V2, 64G
