Sound works for 5 seconds and then stops

Hey,I woke up today to my Windows Sound simply not working. I have tried multiple headphones (Which are working on other computers), I have rolled back, reinstalled and updated all drivers and windows updates, I have restarted multiple times, I have no idea what to do anymore. Can someone help me?
