sound output win + ctr + v missing output devices

sound output panel is missing devices, but if i go to Settings > Sound > Volume mixer i can successfully switch between output devises. I would have included screenshots, but "Something went wrong" when I tried to upload them.I am using 2024-11 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5046732)
