Sound output problem

Hi, my sound output hasn't been working for at least 24 hours but no longer than 4 days. I have tried everything i found onnline but nothing is still working. The default says the speakers are working normal, so i have no idea what is going on. Hope to find some help! Thank you. Here's the details of my laptop:
