Sound Option removed from Device Manager List

My PC internal speakers were not recognized after a recent update. In following the instructions in this forum, somehow I completely removed Sound from the list of Devices in the Device Manager. I have realtek audio speakers on my laptop. Please help me get these speakers working again.
