I have a bizarre issue.... with Windows 11 the audio mixer does not work like it used to. If I adjust system volume to 30 but certain app volumes stay at 100, when I tab to the app, the volume shoots up to 100. Is there any way to mediate the volume with system volume level anymore? constantly adjusting app volumes every time I boot up my PC is a bit too much.
