Hi

I'm unable to locate my sound card anywhere using command prompt;, dxdiag, device manager, and have trawled the internet for help. I've added my BIOS settings below and the Registry log.txt I receive when clicking the audio button on the taskbar (has a red cross on it)

I've tried resetting the pc, completely, with no resolution. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
