I'm encountering an issue with setting up my fingerprint unlock feature. Every time I attempt to set it up, I receive an error message that says, "Sorry, something went wrong. Close Windows Hello and try going through the steps again." Despite repeatedly following the suggested steps and consulting numerous YouTube tutorials, I haven't been able to resolve the problem. Could you please provide a solution or any alternative troubleshooting steps to help me set up the fingerprint unlock successfully?
