HiI am very exhausted i can not fix problem of my bluetooth device recently i reinstall my windows 7 64bit and before this i capture some photo of my device manager I tried to install the appropriate driver but it does not work please help me please ...i attach both photos before and after and i should mention that i use AC to DC adaptor wire and my labtap batery is removed.
