Sometimes when waking from sleep, taskbar doesn't work and some apps close.

Hello!I was here recently for a problem where my PC wouldn't boot without a D drive so I moved a few things around. Since I fixed that problem, a new one popped up where the icons on the task bar disappear, some apps(mainly steam) close on their own, and I can't open any new programs. I can still use the programs that are open just fine, I just can't click on the taskbar icons or the desktop icons to open new instances of anything or interact with any of the icons. I also can't open task manager, the windows search bar doesn't open, and clicking on the windows menu icon opens it but the button
