Sometimes when i boot up my computer it won't open thing such as chrome and steam gives me an eror message.

Usually I wait for a couple of minutes and I think it restarts on its own even tho I click restart from windows menu. And when it finally restarts it quickly flashes me a bnluescreen that says "DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE" no more explanations and sometimes it works after the restart, but lately it has gotten worse and sometimes my taskbar dissapears and my whole screen goes dark grey but still shows some for example a steram restart window that isn't responding. I have tried updating my harddrive drivers and the chkdsk thing but the didnt work and i couldnt run the chkdsk i allso have a video
