My Omen 30L windows 11 PC will randomly not respond to any inputs from the keyboard or mouse while in sleep mode. The device itself will be turned on with the fans running and the GPU lights on but whenever I try to wake by pressing anything on the keyboard or clicking the mouse it wont work. Even when I hold the power button to turn it off it wont respond. The only way to turn it off is to unplug it from the outlet which is really bad for the device.
