Sometimes graphic and audio stuttering like 2-3 seconds.

Hello sometimes my pc stuttering like 2-3 seconds idk what is the reason. My system : Rtx 3060, Ryzen 5 5600, Biostar b450mh. For example when i play a game the screen starts stuttering and audio stuttering like 2-3 seconds. Its similiar like slowdown setting(0.10) :And it working properly after 2-3 seconds. When the pc stutters the fps is not changing. So i mean without stutter 500fps , with stutter still 500fps but screen and audio stutter. I hope you understand my problem, my english not so good just tried to explain my problem.
