"something went wrong" when changing microsoft password

HelloI get "something went wrong" when changing microsoft password.This happens persistently when moving around the website.I have reinstalled Office, but no luck (not Office related anyway).I've restarted, reinstalled and this happens all the time, I've been through the community notes with no luck.Please helpAndy
