Something went wrong Visual Studio Professional 2019

Hi All, When I try to install Visual Studio Professional 2019, after choosing my packages and clicking install, I get an imediate "Something went wrong" error. This is the error the log gives me. I've disable my anti virus and cleared out the temp folder.
