"Something went wrong, please try again" when I try to log in

On one of my other accounts, I am unable to log in. I type in the email and it immediately says "Something went wrong, please try again." I have tried this on 4 different devices and this issue has been going on for 4 months. This only happens when I am trying to log in, and a new sign-in window opens. I play Minecraft from time to time and this is one of the main issues, I am unable to log into my account to play. I am also unable to log into most other Microsoft services.
