Something Went wrong during windows 11 installation

[Windows 10]

I recently changed all my pc parts, everything is running well, I went to go check to see if I was eligible for windows 11, I needed to download the installation assistant, unfortunately not everything goes good for me on the first try, so the pop-up box says "Something Went wrong, Windows 11 installation file is corrupted, please try again. and it gives me the error code: 0x8007000d, Asking for any suggestions.
