Something went wrong (cant access Windows)

I was trying to solve some problems on my device (everything went wrong) so I opted to reset Windows but keeping my personal files, Windows was successfully reinstalled But in login to Microsoft I get the message "something went wrong" and I have no way to get to the start screen.
