Any microsoft service that redirects to login.live.com (even if I'm already signed in) I am unable to use. This has been happening for well over a week now ever since I installed my OS. It's very annoying, I am trying to download VisualStudio redist packages and it redirects me to this apparently broken service and I am unable to do anything. I've cleared my cache and it's still happening.


Please excuse the category if it's wrong, I couldn't figure out where else to put it.
