Something is leaking memory on my PC

Hi,My PC has been stuttering on quite simple tasks and I noticed that I have about 70% used memory while my PC is idle. The tasks in task manager don't sum up to the used 22GB (I have 32GB used in total). I saw in some old similar thread that the user used poolmon to identify his memory leak so I downloaded it as well but I don't understand anything that is listed in poolmon. If anyone could help identifying the process.here
