“Something happened and your pin isn’t available”??

So as the title says, my pin is apparently no longer available, and coincidentally my Microsoft account is locked up for 30 days because I changed my phone number (my old number is no longer available and I had to change the number), my account isn’t local and I don’t know what triggered this to happen, but I think it might have to do with me resetting the BIOS because the pc wouldn’t boot but it turned out to be a bad sata cable. But not getting off topic, how should I proceed with this? Without resetting the pc or reinstalling windows? I do not want my computer to be locked up for 30 days si
