Hi, Microsoft Community I have an ThinkPad P1 from 2024 (win 11)Short explanation: I closed the lid on my laptop (Where it goes into sleep mode) and thereafter lifted up the lid where it should recognise my face, but unfortunately without any explanation, I'm not able to login nor either setup new PIN.after talk with Lenovo premier support we found out that this issue is not related to Lenovo hardware but more specific a Windows issue.I requested support from Windows but still waiting, I know that my last option would be to reset the laptop but the issue here is that I have expensive programs
