Someone else installed a game on my Windows 11 laptop and now I cannot use its built-in microphone.

I've tried restarting it and updating its software but the problem is still not yet solved. I checked Device Manager and discovered that I could not find the built-in microphone under Audio Inputs and Outputs. I also tried installing audio drivers from Realtek (PC Audio Codecs > High Definition Audio Codecs Software - REALTEK) but I couldn't (probably because my laptop still had audio drivers that were not deleted by the installer.
