Cant enable or change location settings...Can't change Network ID from business to personal in advanced system settings; it changes but after reboot it just goes back to business. Not connected to and school or work group account.I've tried the cmd commands to reset policy.I've tried the cmd commands to edit registry. Why is this even a thing?
