Some of the letters on the keyboard don't work.

Okay, so I have a problem in general, so if anyone is an IT specialist or interested in such things, I would like some help. So some keys work strangely, i.e. if I write the letter Z, for example, it writes 1 with it. I have the same problem with others (1z, 2x, 3c, 4v, 7m) and similarly when I want to write a number. In addition, two keys a and s have recently stopped working. And recently my battery has started to drain very very quickly (although I can guess what the cause is here, because I often used the laptop connected to the power supply). In any case, is there any way to fix this? And
