Some of my games crash, others don’t, why?

Hello, I recently have been having problems with games crashing on me, more specifically on Forza and Rainbow Six Siege. After a whole lot of googling and researching and testing different things I have yet to figure out the issue. I am new to PCs and how they work so I don’t understand a lot of it but I’ll say what I have tried. I tried to update all my drivers through device manager, updated my gpu (which is a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080) through NVIDIA themselves, checked out my task manager while a crash happens to which I see that my memory goes from about 6.1 to 10, have looked into my BIOS
