Some of my games application cant run because they said i need directx 11 but i already have directx 12. How do i fix this problem?

when i tried to run my games it says that i need atleast directx 11 or greater but i already have directx 12i tried to uninstall the game and install it back but the same problem came upi already reinstall my graphics driver to and the problem is still therei tried to roll back my driver too and i cant lauch the gamethis is my 2nd computer and i just want to test it out because i didnot turn it on in a such a long time. Is this problem came up because my cpu is too old?
