Some keys not working windows 10

Can't use number keys in Windows 10 . I have Hp Notebook 15-db 1059AU Laptop. Only middle row keys 5,6,7 work. Also (e, d, top row 3 ) won't work.(after uninstalling keyboard and restarting it works fine but same problem arises again) .
