Some keys not working after update KB5051989

[Windows Server]

I have tried uninstalling the update but when my laptop turns back on it automatically installs it againthe affected keys are: f11, num lock, the 2 square brackets, the down arrow, the right arrow, the zero key, the slash key, the subtract and equals key near the backspace key, and the insert keyI have also used another keyboard to check if the keys work on my computer (which they did worki have tried safe mode, i have tried checking for drivers, i am on an Acer nitro V 15 (ANV-51-57M1please help i want to turn off my keyboard back lights (f11
