A user has Office 365 and connects to a local IMAP server. Some of his emails are disappearing from his Outlook mail folders, both inbox and inbox sub-folders. According to the user, it seems like they are disappearing after 30 days. Inbox > Properties > AutoArchive is turned off.
If the user connects to this same IMAP account using Thunderbird, these emails are visible. Likewise when he connects from his iPhone. I have confirmed that these messages are resident on the server -- they are not deleted.
What is happening here? How can I fix it so Outlook can see these messages?
