Some colors doesn't change when using dark mode in Windows 10

OK, I trying dark mode for an app. But the button bar stays grey no matter what I do. Why is that. Is it one of the old Windows color settings used? And the same for the yellow border.. None of these can be adjusted from the dark mode settings.
