Some applications can't connect to the internet.

Pretty much as the title says. It won't connect to certain applications such as Microsoft Store, and some games on steam / other programs that require internet.I've tried:sfc scan (which shows corrupted files but that is unrelated since this problem arose recently, but if you have any recommendations that would be nice), switching between ethernet and wifi, restarting my PC, checking for windows updates, running a troubleshooter, running a virus scan, and running through a couple netsh commands.I've been looking for a solution for a while and I haven't found anything so far, any help would be
