Hi all! I desperately need help with resolving the error "Unable to retrieve the prototype property for a reference that is undefined or null".I have searched the internet for a solution but could not find any.I am running Windows 10 and recently reinstalled it to sell the computer.Perhaps the problem started when I deleted my MS account from the computer but I am not sure.Please help urgently!
