yes ive had the same problem,press start on your pc,go into control

panel turn off the user account control,restart pc,then go into start

download your updates,when done resart pc,go back into control

pannel,make sure you turn the user account control back on and restart

the pc,ive done this twice now each time its worked,good luck xxx by the

way ime a pc novice if i can do it any one can,i found it to be the

easiest way
