Zoho is a scam: I got an phone call from them showing that the call came from a Pennsylvania (215) area. A man with an (India) accent told me that my computer had been hacked and that he would be able to fix it if I give him permission to take control of my computer which I did. He pointed out how my computer was hacked and for a fee of $89.99 that I could pay with a debit or credit card he would fix it. I became suspicious and gave him all kinds of excuses, so he told me to hold on while he consulted his manager. He came back to tell me that it would only cost me $3.00 so I agreed and made the mistake of giving my credit card # to pay for the 3 dollars. They went on to make 3 charges for a total of $491.19 plus 14.72 foreign transaction fees. Thankfully I immediately alerted my bank who closed my credit card account and refunded the charges. STAY AWAY FR0OM ZOHO; IT'S A SCAM!
