Software only runs while test mode is on

Hello.I need some help.I have installed a software while windows test mode.I did that beacuse of the drivers.So the software only works when windows test mode is on.Can you help me install the software but not while test mode is on.Or can you help me run the software in normal windows and not while test mode is on.
