Software Install issue with missing .dll files

[Windows 10]

I am trying to install the software FTR Player, and it will not work. Everytime I go through the install, it comes up with the error: "C:\\Program Files (x86)\\FTR\\ForTheRecord\\ContentPlayer.dll Unable to register the DLL/OCX: RegSvr32 failed with exit code 0x3"The file name will change depending on where I try to put the file, but it's always the "ContentPlayer.dll"Things I have tried: reinstalling C++ Visual Redistributable Package, .NET Framework Deleting and redownloading the program to install Booting the computer in safe mode Going through the command prompts Doing sfc /scann
