Socket Error 0x80072749

Hi,

I use outlook in combination with the CommuniGate Pro mailing and groupware system.
For the last few days I get the following error message while starting outlook:

Your server is not available at the moment. Would you like to go offline?

[Socket Error. No data to read [0x80072749]]

I was not able to find any documentation about this specific error code. Does anyone have further information?
