So whenever I'm on roblox it's touchscreen only pressing The roblox button but never touchscreen when I'm trying to move or jump.please help I'm on a

Everything I try to move the screen or move on roblox it won't work and it's only working with the keybored.it only shows keyboard+mouse or keyboard and I'm tired of using the arrows on my touchscreen laptop.i tried everything i know.if you know how to fix this please tell me!
