I know quite a lot of people have been having this problem since ive seen as early as 2013..I have yet to get an adequate answer from Microsoft, or anyone else.. The only advice I've been given so far is, that made any sense, is replace the offending Bluetooth item. As much as I don't want to, considering I only got it 6 months ago.
