So, just today, my pc lost access to bluetooth. How do I fix it?

I tried to look through the device manager, the drivers, reinstalling the drivers, updating drivers, resetting the bluetooth through sevices.msv, and restarting my pc so far. Now, I'm just lost on what to do next.
